Pentagon report investigated lasers that put voices in your head

A recently unclassified report from the Pentagon from 1998 has revealed an investigation into using laser beams for a few intriguing potential methods of non-lethal torture. Some of the applications the report investigated include putting voices in people’s heads, using lasers to trigger uncontrolled neuron firing, and slowly heating the human body to a point of feverish confusion – all from hundreds of meters away.
A US citizen requested access to the document, entitled “Bioeffects of Selected Non-Lethal Weapons,” under the Freedom of Information Act a little over a year ago. There is no evidence that any of the technologies mentioned in the 10-year-old report have been developed since the time it was written.
The report explained several types of non-lethal laser applications, including microwave hearing, disrupted neural control, and microwave heating. For the first type, short pulses of RF energy (2450 MHz) can generate a pressure wave in solids and liquids. When exposed to pulsed RF energy, humans experience the immediate sensation of “microwave hearing” – sounds that may include buzzing, ticking, hissing, or knocking that originate within the head.
Studies with guinea pigs and cats suggest that the mechanism responsible for the phenomenon is thermoelastic expansion. Exposure to the RF pulses doesn´t cause any permanent effects, as all effects cease almost immediately after exposure ceases. As the report explains, tuning microwave hearing could enable communicating with individuals from a distance of up to several hundred meters.
“The phenomenon is tunable in that the characteristic sounds and intensities of those sounds depend on the characteristics of the RF energy as delivered,” the report explains. “Because the frequency of the sound heard is dependent on the pulse characteristics of the RF energy, it seems possible that this technology could be developed to the point where words could be transmitted to be heard like the spoken word, except that it could only be heard within a person´s head. In one experiment, communication of the words from one to ten using ´speech modulated´ microwave energy was successfully demonstrated. Microphones next to the person experiencing the voice could not pick up these sounds. Additional development of this would open up a wide range of possibilities.”
The report predicts that communicating at longer distances would be possible with larger equipment, while shorter range signals could be generated with portable equipment. Putting voices in people´s heads could cause what the report calls “psychologically devastating” effects. The technology might even allow for communicating with an individual hostage surrounded by captors, although this would require “extreme directional specificity.”
With another weapon, electromagnetic pulses could be used to disrupt the brain´s functioning, although this technology was still in the theoretical stages at the time.
Under normal conditions, all brain structures function with specific rhythmic activity depending on incoming sensory information. Sometimes, the brain synchronizes neuronal activity in order to focus on a specific task, but the degree of neuronal synchronization is highly controlled. However, under certain conditions (such as physical stress or heat stroke), more areas of the brain can fire in a highly synchronized manner, and may begin firing uncontrollably.
The report describes a method for replicating this highly synchronized neuron firing across distances of several hundred meters. High-voltage (100 kV/m) electromagnetic pulses lasting for one nanosecond could trigger neurons to fire, disrupting the body´s controlled firing activity. Short-term effects may include loss of consciousness, muscle spasms, muscle weakness, and seizures lasting for a couple minutes. These high-voltage pulsed sources, which would require an estimated frequency of 15 Hz, exist today.
Another form of non-lethal torture described in the report is microwave heating. By raising the temperature of the body to 41°C (105.8°F), humans can experience sensations such as memory loss and disorientation, and exhibit reduced aggression. According to the report, humans can survive temperatures up to 42°C (107.6°F), at which time prolonged exposure can result in permanent brain damage or death.
The microwave heating technique was tested on a Rhesus monkey, where a 225 MHz beam caused an increase in the animal´s body temperature. Depending on the dosage level, the temperature increase occurred within a time of 15 to 30 minutes. After the beam was removed, the animal´s body temperature decreased back to normal. The report suggests the technique could be useful for controlling crowds or in negotiations.
While the investigations reveal intriguing techniques for non-lethal torture, the report does not mention plans for carrying out specific experiments or studies in the future.

Donald Friedman, victim of misuse of the microwave hearing/audio effect for over 10 years, obtained the US Army declassified report (declassified due to a review that was done as a result of his FOIA request)’Bioeffects of Selected Nonlethal Weapons’. It is part of study on nonlethal weapons technology the rest of which has not yet been declassified.
The document, from 1998 (!), does not prove that weapons exist based on these technologies. However, it describes it is possible and how it can be done and we all know that if this is the case, it is developed (and used). The weapons race never stops. Although no official statements have been made, we can safely assume that weapons are constructed based on these technologies and used. All over the internet horrible stories are appearing from victims of electronic harassment and electronic torture.

I HEAR VOICES: MKUltra? A Worrying Trend Of Mass Shooting Suspects Throughout History Before Committing Horrific Murders

Direct energy weapons are electromagnetic signals used for lethal or nonlethal purpose. One such example of use is creating pain in a target but the other nefarious usage is beaming voices into a target’s head to either coerce someone into doing a violent act or to drive them insane.
Yes, this type of technology has existed and has been being worked on since as early as the 1950’s-60’s during MKUltra. While the technology today is probably so far advanced that numerous health problems such as brain damage, and other organ damage can be caused in an individual simply by tapping into the frequency of that organ and beaming a radio frequency to disrupt its function.
For more on that, check out this unclassified document from the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command received via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request back in 2006 entitled, “Bioeffects of Selected Nonlethal Weapons.“
The document is dated in 1998, over 15 years ago. One of the main topics regards the effects of ‘radio frequency directed energy‘. The document discusses the ‘incapacitating effect’ of ‘microwave hearing’:
“There is no sound propagated through the air like normal sound. This technology in its crudest form could be used to distract individuals; if refined, it could also be used to communicate with hostages or hostage takers directly by Morse code or other message systems, possibly even by voice communication.”
From that document the technology is able to be tuned into a single person like a radio station.

Dr Andrija Puharich in the 50’s/60’s, found that clairvoyant’s brainwaves became 8 Hz when their psychic powers were operative. He saw an Indian Yogi in 1956 controlling his brainwaves, deliberately shifting his consciousness from one level to another. Puharich trained people with bio-feedback to do this consciously, making 8 Hz waves. A healer made 8 Hz waves pass into a patient, healing their heart trouble, her brain emitting 8 Hz . One person emitting a certain frequency can make another also resonate to the same frequency. C) 6.6 Hz causes depression.
Puharich made ELF waves change RNA and DNA, breaking hydrogen bonds to make a person have a higher vibratory rate. He wanted to go beyond the psychic 8 Hz brainwave and attract psi phenomena. James Hurtak, who once worked for Puharich, also wrote in his book The Keys of Enoch that ultra-violet caused hydrogen bonds to break and this raised the vibratory rate.
Puharich presented the mental effects of ELF waves to military leaders, but they would not believe him. He gave this information to certain dignitaries of other Western nations. The US government burned down his home in New York to shut him up and he fled to Mexico. However, the Russians discovered which ELF frequencies did what to the human brain and began zapping the US Embassy in Moscow on 4 July 1976 with electromagnetic-waves, varying the signal, including focusing on 10 Hz. (10 Hz puts people into a hypnotic state. Russians and North Koreans use this in portable mind-control machines to extract confessions. A machine was even found in an American church to help the congregation believe!) The Russian “Woodpecker” signal was traveling across the world from a transmitter near Kiev. The US Air Force identified 5 different frequencies in this compound harmonic Woodpecker signal that was sending signals through the earth and the atmosphere.
Nikola Tesla revealed in 1901 power could be transmitted through the ground using ELF waves. Nothing stops or weakens these signals. The Russians retrieved Tesla’s papers when they were finally returned to Yugoslavia after his death.
Puharich continued to monitor the Russian ELF wave signal while in Mexico and the higher harmonics produced in the MHz range (5.340 MHz). He met the CIA and started working for them. He and Dr. Robert Beck designed equipment to measure these waves and their effect on the human brain. Puharich started his work by putting dogs to sleep. By 1948/49 he graduated to monkeys, deliberately destroying their eardrums to enable them to pick up sounds without the eardrum intact. He discovered a nerve in the tongue could be used to facilitate hearing. He created the dental tooth implant which mind-control victims are now claiming was surreptitiously placed in their mouth by controlled dentists causing them to hear ‘voices in their head.’ The implant was placed under dental caps or lodged in the jaw.

Man Shoots 5, Killing One, In a Georgia Shopping Mall

ATLANTA, April 24— A 31-year-old man who had been released from a mental hospital a day ago killed one person and wounded four others today when he opened fire in a shopping mall just outside Atlanta with a gun he had bought in a pawnshop on Monday, the police said.
Susan Matlock, a spokeswoman for the De Kalb County Department of Public Safety, quoted police investigators as saying they learned from doctors at the Georgia Regional Hospital, a state mental health complex here, that Mr. Brady had been diagnosed as ”homicidal and suicidal” before his release.
“The Associated Press quoted Col. M. F. Ferguson of the De Kalb County police as saying a document found in Mr. Brady’s pocket said he suffered from delusions, ”can be hostile, threatening, and has a history of alcohol abuse.” During questioning, the police said, Mr. Brady talked of God and about a ”mechanical device” inside him controlling his actions. “
Dr. Richard Fields, superintendent of the hospital, would not discuss the police reports, citing confidentiality.
Witnesses said the well-dressed gunman walked into an area of the mall with fast-food stands and fired six to eight shots from a .38-caliber snub-nose revolver. He was about to reload the gun, they told the police, when an unidentified person standing nearby apparently talked him out of it.
”We do not know who he is,” Sgt. Paul E. Kelhofer of the De Kalb County police said of the bystander. ”We wish he would come forward.”
